Products and Producers search for producers of food and wine excellences and for farms keeping Emilian territory traditions alive.

Our producers are carefully selected: we reserve the right to choose only those who can grant a small-scale production of proven quality products.

If you are a producer from Emilia, you can submit your application by sending an email to [email protected] containing:

· Your business information;

· Link to your website or social network profile(s);

· Description of your products;

· Characteristics of your produce.

On you can discover our products, carefully selected according to strict natural quality criteria.
You will have to complete the form with the following information:

  • Business name
  • VAT Number
  • Fiscal Code (or either SSN, Tax No..)
  • Company
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Contact name
  • Contact email or telephone

Whenever you are ready to go ahead with your purchase, you can move your selected products to the Basket or view the product fiche to check the possibility of changes and select quantities. Then click on “Add”. Once completed the tour of our store, you can click on the Basket and finalise your payment.

My Order

No, it is not necessary to be registered to place an order on, but we do require a contact number or email address and your shipping address.

It is possible to cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it.

Yes, we can. To arrange the delivery of your order, please contact our staff via email ([email protected]) requiring a quote on transportation costs, which will vary depending on the destination.

Yes, the parcel is tracked throughout its route but it is necessary to enter a valid email address in order to receive notifications. At the time of dispatch, the courier will send you an email illustrating the tracking options.

The producers wrap the products themselves in order to grant their preservation. For some foodstuffs it is necessary to maintain the cold-chain. Therefore, they are shipped using specific refrigerated couriers.

Returns and Refunds

In case you find problems with one or some of the products in your order (damaged, missing or wrong goods), you can ask for a refund within 7 days of receiving them.

In case of perishable goods, it might not be possible to return them but only to request a refund.

Even though we use only reliable couriers, sometimes a bottle of wine might get damaged.

In case that happens, as it might with any wine cellar or reseller, you are eligible for a change of product. Send an email to [email protected] explaining us the problem, attaching a picture of the bottle and its cork and we will take prompt action.

When a request is sent via email, will take care of it. You will receive a feedback as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days.
